FAQ's
How can I ensure the best bass quality when I listen to music?
We carefully engineered the earbuds to have a solid, crisp bass. The best way to enjoy the bass to its full potential is to choose the right tips for your ear shape. You can find different sizes of tips inside the packaging, or you can try our Comply Foam tips for an extra adaptive tip. When you are inserting the earbud, make sure that you press well. Taking time to get a secure fit is important not only for your comfort, but also to get the best sound possible.
Can I use only one earbud at a time?
Yes, you will be able to enjoy full sound and call quality with one earbud at a time. However, as the earbuds are paired, you will have to use the right earbud, which is the Master. If you want to use the left earbud only, you can leave the right earbud on your pocket or on the table, near you, to make sure the pairing remains.
What is the difference between BT 5.0 and BT 5.1
Connection with Bluetooth 5.1 will happen faster, and less energy will be spent. Devices can now select channels at random when connecting, meaning that they do not have to go through a strict order of channels. This will reduce the odds of Bluetooth devices trying to talk over each other and possibly interfere each others signals in a space with a lot of Bluetooth devices.
